Our ambition is to create an experience that offers seasonal cuisine stemming from our Scanian and Scandinavian roots and the local flora and fauna, but also ample time and opportunity to wind down and contemplate in beautiful surroundings – both before, during and after your meal.
Our tasting menu is 3 500:- SEK per guest. Beverage pairing is also available; both non-alcoholic and alcoholic. Please note that we cannot accommodate vegan/vegetarian alternatives or menus free from milk protein and egg this season.

Food &Wine bar
A casual and more intimate food & wine bar complements the restaurant and serves lighter in-season dishes to the public and breakfast to the patrons of the hotel.
Open for business Wed-Sat from 16.00. (The kitchen closes at 20.00).

Adjacent to our restaurant is a 15 room boutique hotel, offering you the possibility to spend a tranquil night or two. To unhurriedly explore everything that Österlen has to offer. Or just simply to breathe and unwind.

Our restaurant offers a secluded area in a private setting. The private room seats 7-25 guests and is ideal for companies, corporations or groups that are looking to host meetings, conferences, celebrations, family gatherings, events, tastings, and more.
Two different menus are offered; a 6-course tasting menu—and a 4-course seasonal menu.
The 6-course tasting menu is 3 500:- SEK per guest and the seasonal is 2 500:- SEK. Beverage pairing is also available; both non-alcoholic and alcoholic. Please note that we cannot accommodate vegan/vegetarian alternatives or menus free from milk protein and egg this season.
Please also note that bookings for the private room can only be made via email.
You will find us in the very south east of Sweden; in Skåne and the picturesque Österlen region. A stately former farm sitting on the top of a hill, with a magnificent view of the Österlen countryside and the Baltic Sea, with some 18 acres of land extending all the way down to the waterfront—and within a walking or hiking distance from many of the marvelous destinations and adventures in the area.
