We’re delighted to welcome you to Växthuset—a greenhouse turned cocktail bar, where elegance meets ease and the view stretches seamlessly from your seat to the horizon.
Nestled among the greenery, it’s the perfect place to linger on slow afternoons, enjoy golden hour pre-dinner drinks, or savour a final glass as the evening winds down.
Join us for refreshing cocktails, crisp wines, and a selection of seasonal light bites—all served in a lush, laid-back setting, touched with effortless charm.
Our Cocktail Bar
The drink menu is intentionally kept small and ever-evolving, shaped by the surrounding landscape and the ingredients found in our kitchen and gardens.
Each drink on our menu is the result of playful exploration, in tandem with the season, or echoing the one just passed – flirting with the classics, but always with a twist or two.
Växthuset opens an hour before the Food & wine bar, feel free to join us for an aperitif if you arrive early or plan to.

May 8–June 13
Fridays and Saturdays, 15:00–22:00
At other times, the Greenhouse is used as an extension of the Food & Wine Bar, with ordering and payment in the wine bar.
