Our dining and stay packages combine an evening at the table with a night at Vyn’s boutique hotel. Enjoy carefully composed menus in our Food & Winebar or restaurant, followed by a restful night in the room of your choice. The morning after, breakfast is served with uninterrupted views across the Baltic Sea, with Bornholm on the horizon.
Vyn Restaurant Experience
Enjoy an evening in Vyn’s acclaimed restaurant and stay overnight at our boutique hotel, in a room of your choice. The experience includes a tasting menu, with beverages selected on site. The following morning, breakfast is served with uninterrupted views across the Baltic Sea and Bornholm beyond.

Vyn Food & Wine Bar Experience
Experience Vyn’s Food & Wine Bar and stay overnight at our boutique hotel, in a room of your choice. The evening features a four-course seasonal menu, with beverages selected on site. After a restful night, breakfast is enjoyed with sweeping views across the Baltic Sea, with Bornholm on the horizon.

Cooking Experience Getaway
Join us in the Atelier for a hands-on cooking experience, where you prepare and enjoy a meal together under the guidance of our team.
The package includes:

• Overnight stay in a Garden Room
• Breakfast
SEK 12,500 (incl. VAT)
Per two guests sharing a room (incl. VAT).
Available for groups of six guests or more.
Bookings are made in pairs.

Juice Tasting with Ella
The Atelier

Join Ella for an in-depth introduction to the world of non-alcoholic beverage creation.
During this intimate tasting, Ella shares her background, philosophy and approach to creating drinks that complement food. Together, you will explore how flavour, balance and complexity are built through different ingredients and techniques.
The session also includes practical demonstrations, discussions about food and beverage pairing, insights into Vyn’s non-alcoholic programme, and tastings of selected juices from our beverage pairing.

A limited number of 12 seats are available for this tasting.
