Welcome to the Atelier
The Atelier is our chambre séparée—the perfect setting for private dinners and celebrations with family and friends, as well as professional gatherings with colleagues and partners. Elegantly secluded from the rest of the restaurant, the Atelier welcomes groups of 7 to 24, with a dedicated team at your service throughout the entire evening.
The Atelier also hosts a variety of themed dinners and workshops, including collaborations with special partners and friends, as well as our own curated happenings and events. Keep an eye out—you won’t want to miss them.

Two menus
The Atelier offers two different menus with selected beverage pairings. Please note that we are unable to serve a vegan menu or menus free from milk protein and eggs. Please note that bookings for the Atelier only can be made via email; use the button below.

The Vyn Cooking Experience
Vyn Cooking Experience invites you into our development kitchen, where you spend an afternoon working side by side with our chefs to create a four-course menu entirely from scratch, using the finest ingredients of the season.
With guidance from our team, you prepare, cook and set the table together – while gaining insight into techniques, methods and other useful, practical tips from the kitchen.
Every step, from the first preparation to final plating and service, is done together – before you sit down and enjoy the result.
The Vyn Beverage Experience
In the Vyn Beverage Experience, our sommeliers guide you through carefully selected wines from classic wine countries such as France, Italy and Germany, offering a closer understanding of the places, producers and subtle differences that make each area unique.
We work with producers who truly reflect their regions and expressions, and each tasting is accompanied by snacks. Carefully selected non-alcoholic alternatives are also available.
Depending on the season, the experience takes place in the Atelier or the Greenhouse.
