Meeting Packages
The following packages are available Tuesday–Friday throughout the year. Breakout rooms can be arranged if needed.
Our Atelier accommodates up to 24 guests and includes all technical equipment needed for seamless meetings and presentations.
A venue fee is included in all meeting prices.

Half-day meeting
Available in the morning or afternoon.
Start or end with lunch. Includes a two-course lunch in our Food & Wine Bar, as well as morning or afternoon coffee. Water, coffee, tea and fruit are available throughout the meeting.

Menus
In the Atelier, we offer a choice between a four-course or seven-course menu, both can be paired with a beverage package: wine or our non-alcoholic alternative, Ella’s Juices.
- Four-course menu from SEK 1,320 per person (ex VAT)
- Seven-course menu from SEK 2,200 per person, (ex VAT)
All menus can be tailored with additional options—please contact us and we will help create a menu for your group. Beverages are charged separately.

Accommodation
Adjacent to the Atelier is our boutique hotel with 15 rooms, where you can enjoy a peaceful night—or two—after your meeting and dinner.
Conference Venue—the Atelier
Located above the restaurant, the Atelier overlooks both the dining room and the Baltic Sea. The space accommodates up to 24 guests and includes all technical equipment needed for seamless meetings and presentations. Breakout rooms can be arranged if needed.
Transport
By car: Malmö (80 km), Copenhagen (130 km) and Kristianstad (80 km). We offer ample parking and charging stations.
Public transport: Travel easily by train to Simrishamn or Ystad, then continue by bus to Vyn; the bus stops just below us. Bus stop: Tre Kronor.
By bus/coach: We are happy to help arrange transport to and from Vyn for groups of all sizes.

Vyn Cooking Experience
Cooking—is there a better way to spend time together? Add our chefs into the mix, along with the finest local, seasonal produce, and place it all in a room overlooking the sea—with a custom-designed kitchen by Nordiska Kök—and something changes. It becomes something more.
This is a unique glimpse into the heart of Vyn, tailored for all levels of cooking experience. Over the course of an afternoon, you will plan, prepare, cook, set the table, and serve your very own four-course Michelin dinner—all under the guidance of our team. An opportunity to learn and laugh in equal measure.

Vyn Wine Tasting
We are drawn to wine producers who both reflect and represent the character of their region. A wine that expresses its place of origin is a small piece of culture in a bottle—a culture we explore together during a wine tasting at Vyn.
You will get to know the selected regions’ so-called “terroir” – the place-specific characteristics that shape a wine, from soil and climate to the vineyard’s flora and fauna, and the conditions under which the wine is made and aged. In short, the differences that make wine such a vast and fascinating world to explore.
Choose between France, Italy or Germany and explore the wine map together with our sommeliers, with your senses as the compass.

Vyn Juice Tasting
In our juice tasting experience you will explore the world of non-alcoholic beverages together with Ella, who is responsible for Vyn’s non-alcoholic beverage pairing. Through carefully selected ingredients, flavours and techniques, you will gain a closer understanding of how acidity, sweetness, bitterness and aroma interact to create balance, depth and complexity in a drink.
You will learn how different ingredients, extraction methods and clarification techniques can bring out the very best qualities of an ingredient, and how carefully composed beverages can elevate a dining experience. Each tasting is accompanied by snacks.
Depending on the season, the tasting takes place in the Atelier or the Greenhouse and is equally suited as a stand-alone activity or as part of your conference or stay at Vyn.
