Our ambition is to create an experience that offers seasonal cuisine stemming from our Scanian and Scandinavian roots and the local flora and fauna, but also ample time and opportunity to wind down and contemplate in beautiful surroundings—both before, during and after your meal.

The Menu

Our menu is shaped by the seasons, crafted from the best ingredients available at the time. The produce comes from the forests, fields, and waters of the region. Expect a balance of flavors built on honest, local produce from a larder we know like the back of our hand.

To enhance your meal, we offer a large range of beverage pairings, including both wine and non-alcoholic options.

  • Kindly note that we cannot accommodate menus free from milk protein, lactose or eggs.

  • A pre-payment of 2,000 SEK per person is required at the time of booking.

  • Bookings open on the first of each month for stays starting three months later, e.g. June 1 for September, July 1 for October, and so on.

  • Please note that VYN does not handle cash payments.
