Enjoy carefully composed menus in our Food & Winebar or restaurant, followed by a restful night in the room of your choice. The morning after, breakfast is served with uninterrupted views across the Baltic Sea, with Bornholm on the horizon.
Vyn Restaurant Experience
Enjoy an evening in Vyn’s acclaimed restaurant and stay overnight at our boutique hotel, in a room of your choice. The experience includes a tasting menu, with beverages selected on site. The following morning, breakfast is served with uninterrupted views across the Baltic Sea and Bornholm beyond.

Vyn Food & Wine Bar Experience
Experience Vyn’s Food & Wine Bar and stay overnight at our boutique hotel, in a room of your choice. The evening features a four-course seasonal menu, with beverages selected on site. After a restful night, breakfast is enjoyed with sweeping views across the Baltic Sea, with Bornholm on the horizon.
